Meet The Team

Harris brothers with their families

Brothers Lance and Jordan Harris were born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. The two grew up nearly inseparable, so it only made sense for them to go into business together. While Lance excelled in basketball, earning a high school state championship and serving as the starting guard for Wichita State, Jordan excelled in education. Before venturing out to become business owners, Lance earned his Bachelor’s from Wichita State in General Studies as Jordan graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Management. He worked at Target, where he quickly advanced to gain supervisory experience. From there, he applied that experience to secure his first major management position. For three years, Jordan managed the maintenance crew at Spirit Aero Systems, which was a staff of over 100 employees covering 11.5 million square feet. Meanwhile, Lance helped oversee the Cessna cleaning crew as a Program Manager for 4 years. This is where Jordan and Lance gained their knowledge about Housekeeping, HVAC filters, aerial cleaning, and floor care.

Feeling like it was the perfect time to branch out and give back to the community, Lance and Jordan formed a nonprofit organization called The Pickup Game (thepug.net) in which they mentor at-risk children. Thriving from the success of the nonprofit organization, the Harrises decided to create their own commercial cleaning company. A company in which each employee is respected. A company that appreciates the work of its employees. A company that provides an exceptional cleaning experience for a great price. This is what makes us “Better Than the Rest!”
